Only the services we need to run the store:
- Lemon Squeezy: our online reseller and merchant of record (checkout, payment processing, tax and receipts), owned by Stripe
- Namecheap: our domain and email forwarding
- Our website host: serves this website
These companies process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We never sell your personal information.
Where your data goes
These services may store data outside your country, including in the United States, Ghana and elsewhere. We use providers that protect data with industry-standard security.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons (usually up to 6 years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- see the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it (unless we have to keep it for legal or tax reasons)
- stop sending you marketing emails (there’s also an “unsubscribe” link in every email)
If you’re in the EU, the UK or another region with data-protection laws, you also have the rights those laws give you, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. In Ghana, that’s the Data Protection Commission.
