Buying and downloading
How do I get my files after buying?
Right after checkout you’ll see a download button on the order confirmation page. We also email you a download link, so check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
What format are the files?
Guides and printables are PDFs, which open on any phone, tablet or computer. The Follow-Up Tracker is a spreadsheet (.xlsx) that works in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets (free).
I lost my download link. What do I do?
Email with the email address you used at checkout, and we’ll resend it.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. All our products are digital downloads, and nothing physical is sent.
Can I print the guides?
Yes. They’re designed for US Letter paper and print fine on A4 too. Printable worksheets come as their own file.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Your order is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record, which handles checkout, payment, tax and receipts. We never see or store your card details.
What currency will I be charged in?
US dollars (USD). The price you see is the price you pay, and any sales tax or VAT is already included. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add a small foreign transaction fee.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Some banks block international online payments by default. Try approving the payment in your banking app, or ask your bank to allow it, then try again. If it still fails, email and we’ll help.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy (owned by Stripe), using bank-level encryption and your bank’s verification (such as 3-D Secure). Your receipt and bank statement may show “Lemon Squeezy” or “LOWJARGON”.
Using the products
I’m not good with tech or AI. Will this work for me?
Yes. Everything is written for complete beginners. Templates work on their own, and any AI prompts are optional copy-and-paste extras.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude account?
No. The free versions of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini work with all our prompts.
Can I share my guide with a friend?
Paid products are licensed for your personal use, so please point friends to our store instead. The free cheat sheet is the exception: share it with anyone who’s job hunting!
Refunds and support
Can I get a refund?
No. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please check the product details to see exactly what’s included before you buy. If a file doesn’t work or you received the wrong product, email us and we’ll fix or replace it. See our Refund Policy.
